Options Through Movement Physical Therapy is an independent physical therapy and Feldenkrais® practice which began in Eugene, Oregon in 1997 and expanded to Roseburg, Oregon in 2006. The owners, Robin Dow and Jan Cox, have been PTs since 1980 and Feldenkrais practitioners since 1996.

Options Through Movement offers:

• One-on-one personal care in a non-traditional environment, always with a licensed therapist.
• Opportunitues for each client to fully participate in the plan, treatment and goal-setting from the beginning and throughout their recovery process.
• Education to support the client in being independent in their home program and self care.
• Non-traditional approaches including the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education, cranio-sacral, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, and lymphedema care, as well as traditional approaches such as therapeutic exercise and modalities.
• Communication with referring professional throughout the course of the client’s program.

We enjoy working with:

• Chronically or acutely affected folks with neurological or orthopedic conditions that cause pain or limit movement, such as overuse syndromes, stroke, arthritis, or neck/back injuries (including MVA injuries).
• Persons who have movement limitations associated with the aging process.
• Performers such as musicians and dancers, to relieve pain, recover lost functions, or refine specific functions.

Options Through Movement is a provider on most insurance panels and is Medicare-certified.
