REFERRALS
We accept referrals from your physician, nurse practitioner, physician’s assistant, chiropractor or naturopath.

SELF-REFERRALS
Under Oregon law, we can see clients up to 60 days without physician referral (check with your insurance company for coverage of self-referrals).

HOURS
We typically see clients Monday through Friday from 8:00-6:00; exceptions are made when necessary. If you get the answering machine when you call, not to worry… a therapist will return your call before the end of the work day.

INSURANCE/BILLING

We will bill your private health insurance or your auto/workers’ comp insurance when applicable. We are providers on most insurance panels and are Medicare-certified. You can speak with Nancy in our Business Office at 541-343-0164 regarding specific billing inquiries.
